Designed by Arons and Gelauff architects and completed in 2015, this apartment block is one of the prominent buildings along the IJ river. Part of the development area called ‘de Houthavens’.
The building houses both apartments and restaurants/bars and has an amazing penthouse on the 25th floor of 1440 m2.
Later the penthouse is split into 4 smaller penthouses.
